All domestic orders have an approximate 3-4 business day handling time; although, it does not normally take this long to ship your item(s) out. Insurance is covered with the cost of the item you are buying at no extra shipping cost. Our shipping rates are the REAL shipping and handling rates. We do not share in the common practice of "padding" our shipping charges. Domestic shipping usually takes anywhere from 2-6 days to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Due to the extended paperwork and processing which must be done, international orders take 3-10 business days to process. In some cases (especially when shipping to remote locations), USPS will hold items at a clearing house until such time as they have enough packages going to that location to warrant a shipment. REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We allow a 2 day inspection period for you to check your item over for defects or damage. If you need to return your item because the item is defective or is not the advertised item, please contact us within those 2 days. All returned items must be in their original packaging with any documents or accessories that came with the item, and must be in undamaged, like new condition (unless returning the item due to defects or damage). We will not warranty an item which has been misused (misused is defined as use of an item outside what the manufacturer designed it for). You are responsible for return shipping to us, we will gladly pay the return shipping for your replacement. All refunds will be less shipping & handling charges. Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee on all normal returns (normal is defined as returns that are not due to being defective or being damaged). Normal returns are accepted with full refunds (less the 20% restocking fee) for up to 14 days after delievery. Normal returns are accepted with appropriate store credit (less the 20% restocking fee) any time after the 14 day point and for up to 30 days after delivery. Returns are not accepted at any time after the 30th day of delivery date.
